NIKKI HILTZ: Tune Up Workout for the USATF Outdoor Championships Pt. 2

Today we follow around Nikki Hiltz, a professional runner representing Adidas and The Mission Athletic Club in San Diego. Only beginning her second year as a professional track and field athlete, Nikki Hiltz has DOMINATED the US 1500m fields in quite a few races this year. She holds a PR of 4:05 in the 1500m (which is a world standard time). Nikki will be competing at the USATF Outdoor Championships this week (July 25-28th) in Des Moines, IA in hopes of qualifying for her first world championship team.
