The Carnavalet museum gardens (Paris, June 2021)
(Originally live-streamed on Facebook)
Locals refer to this iconic museum, located in the heart of le Marais, as "le Carnavalet." No other museum in the French capital city offers such a comprehensive history lesson on Paris.
After almost 5 years, the Carnavalet museum finally reopened this month, and I couldn't wait! It did not disappoint.
I will be honest: After over 2.5 hours, my old friend "le Carnavalet" kicked my French derrière -- and I thought I'd share a few tips with future visitors from the beautiful gardens on a hot afternoon in June.
Ignore at your own risk!
