ARTrack - Spatial Collisions: Martín LaRoche & Luis Valdés (Santiago, Chile)

In Santiago, Chile, we didn't meet one, but two artists. They have been working together since three years ago: Martín LaRoche and Luis Valdés. The first one from Santiago and the second one from Santa Cruz.

Since Galería Animal invited them to present their work, they were expecting them to instal one of their preexisting street work, such as the car crash. But they decided to build a complete new installation that would fit the context of the place it was going to remain: an art gallery. So they created a gallery, inside a gallery... made out of cardboard. From far, you can see a room on the roof of Galería Animal, and you will think its a real room in this building, but the truth is, it is Martin's and Luis' fake room: their art work.
