Vanilla Sponge Cake Recipe | Fluffy Vanilla Cake | Vanilla Sponge Cake Recipe Without Oven

ingredients
3 eggs
Beat for 1 min
Sugar 2/3 cup
Beat until foamy consistency
Oil 1/2 cup
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
8 inch pan
Grease oil
Place baking paper
Tap mould to remove air bubbles
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on low flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 30-40 mins
