In this final episode of the Present Your Business on Camera series, Ben Amos is back in the vlog pod to give some practical tips on the basic skills you need to master to improve your video blogging.

They are:

One. Have a comfortable grounded position.

Two. Have a good neutral position, such as with hands in front of you in what I like to call ‘reporter pose’ or whatever neutral position makes you comfortable and focussed.

Three. Keep good eye contact.

Four. Bring energy. If you’re not showing it, then your audience won't be feeling it.

Five. Know how you’re going to pace and emphasise your scripts.

Six. Think of a specific person that you’re “talking” to. Ideally, your ideal client or audience. This helps keep the conversational feel in your videos.
