脑电波[Brain Waves]
-无论放松，紧张，清醒，昏沉，我们脑中都会产生不同的脑电波。
-Whether relaxed, nervous, awake, or drowsy, our brains will produce different type of brain waves

1)Delta Waves (less than 4Hz)
-频率最低的脑电波。
-The lowest frequency brain waves.
-当人类进入无梦的睡眠就会产生Delta Waves。
- Delta Waves are produced when humans enter dreamless sleep.


2)Theta Waves(4-7Hz)
-冥想时，大脑就会被Theta Waves占据。
-During meditation, Theta waves will occupy the brain.
-快要睡着，浅眠，做白日梦，都会体验到Theta Waves。
- About to fall asleep, light sleep, daydream, you will experience Theta Waves

3)Alpha Waves(8-15Hz)
-当我们闭上眼睛，从工作的大脑释放出来并产生的脑电波。
-When we close our eyes, the brain waves released from the working brain.
-达到真正休息与放松时，我们就会产生Alpha Waves。
- When we reach real rest and relaxation, we will produce Alpha Waves.


4)Beta Waves(16-31Hz)
-当大脑和身体处于活跃状态如工作和学习，就会进入Alpha Waves。
-When the brain and body are in an active status such as work and study, it will enter Alpha Waves.
-我们白天大部分都处于Beta Waves。
-Most of the daytime, we are in Beta Waves.
-高度或长时间处于Beta Waves状态时，就会引起焦虑与忧郁。
- Prolonged periods in Beta Waves can cause anxiety and depression.


5)Gamma Waves(More than 32Hz)
-最高频率脑电波。
-The highest frequency brain waves.
-当我们注意力高度集中，工作效率高的时候就会处于Gamma Waves。
-When we pay high attention, the high working efficiency will be in Gamma Waves.
-蝉宗佛教徒可以通过冥想达到Gamma Waves。
-Cicada Buddhist can reach Gamma Waves through meditation.


在听冥想音乐的过程中，我们的目的是达到Theta和Alpha状态，保持清醒并且放松的意识状态。
During the process of listening to meditation music, our target is to reach Theta and Alpha mode, to keep awake and relax awareness at the same time.
