He got "API" Scammed ON STREAM...

HOW TO AVOID THIS SCAM:
- Make sure that you DO NOT have a developer api key registered to your account: https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
- If you have a apikey registered, REVOKE IT immediately.
- Then, go to: https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage AND CLICK ON "
Deauthorize all other devices"

SCAM EXPLAINED:
I hope that sharing these scam clips will bring more awareness to the "API" scam. Basically, the scammer creates a phishing site with a FAKE steam login. When you enter your correct user, pass, and steam guard code, the scammer logs into your account and registers a developer apikey that gives them access to control of your account (ex: cancel trade offer, send new trade offer, etc).

So when you send a real trade offer (ex: depositing skins onto a site), the scammer will use your developer apikey to cancel the legit offer, and send a new trade offer to the scammer's alt account (impersonating the site's trade bot steam profile pic and name). On your steam mobile auth app, the scammer's trade offer will be the same as the deposit trade offer.

YOU CAN REALIZE THIS SCAM by looking at the scammer's steam account registration date and steam account level (these details are displayed in the steam mobile auth app).
Sites like lootbear tell you their steam bot's registration date, so you can make sure that the trade offer you're accepting is the correct one.

I've seen a bunch of comments saying that this method scammer them. I hope that this comment helps explain this scam.
