IV Characteristics of a Diode Experiment RESULTS - GCSE Physics Required Practical

This video explains the results for the IV characteristics of a diode experiment, including plotting the IV characteristics (relationship between voltage and current) of the diode. This GCSE Physics required practical involves quite a lot of analysis, both graphical and mathematical.

Not only do you (students) have to carry out the physical experiment, you have to analyse the data and use it for your calculations. Then you need to compare your answers to the real values and suggest if and why they differ and what changes should be made to the experiment if it is to be repeated.
