La fiesta de Barcelona Knits: Cast On Party

En las ediciones anteriores de Barcelona Knits, regalamos un patrón especialmente diseñado para la ocasión con la entrada a la feria. Nos parecía una manera fantástica para empezar a buscar lanas para tejer durante ese fin de semana y también para recordar esos momentos especiales mientras le das a las agujas.
Para esta edición online tan especial, el patrón del chal Escanda será gratuito para todo el mundo. Se trata de un diseño de Belén Fernández aka @tejereningles, realizado con una madeja de Lush Sock en color Prunella de Yarnitas.

¿En qué consiste la Cast On Party online?
Te invitamos a una charla informal de Belén sobre el patrón Escanda en hilo y en directo.
Conéctate a YouTube y monta los primeros puntos del chal mientras Belén te explica su proceso creativo y otras curiosidades y anécdotas tejeriles.

¿Necesito material?
No es un taller, es una sesión para empezar a calentar las agujas. Puedes ver la charla tranquilamente en tu casa y tomar notas. Si te apetece tejer mientras escuchas a Belén, sólo necesitas hilo de grosor fingering y unas agujas.

Barcelona Knits’ Party: Cast On Party


In previous editions of Barcelona Knits, we gave you a pattern specially created for the occasion for free with each ticket to the fair. We thought that it was the perfect way to start looking for yarns to knit during that weekend and also a way to remember all the good times lived in the fair while knitting.

For this, so special online edition, the pattern of the shawl Escanda will be free for everyone. It is a design made by Belén Fernandez AKA @tejereningles, made with a Lush Sock skein in color Prunella from Yarnitas.

¿What is Cast On Party online?
We invite you to an informal online talk with Belén about the Escanda pattern.

Connect to YouTube and start making the first stitches of the shawl while Belén explains to all of you the creative process and other curiosities and knitting anecdotes.

You can download the patterns of the shawl Escanda here and participate in the talk with your thoughts and questions in the comment section.

Do I need material?
It is not a workshop, it is a session to start to warm-up your needles. You can watch the shawl from home and simply take notes. If you feel like knitting while listening to Belén, you just need a fingering weight thread and some needles.
