Shawarma Sauce Recipe | 3 DIY Easy Dipping Sauces | Shawarma Red Sauce, White Sauce & Tahini Sauce

3 Types Of Homemade Shawarma Sauce/DIY Easy Dipping Sauces/Burger Sauce/Garlic Mayo Sauce/Tahini Dip/Shawarma White Sauce/Shawarma Spicy Red Chilli Sauce
Today I’ll be sharing how to make luscious Shawarma Sauce not one, two, but THREE WAYS!

We have:
🔸Red Chilli Sauce
🔸Garlic Mayo Sauce
🔸Roasted Sesame (Tahini) Sauce
Ingredients for each sauce -

Red Chilli Sauce :

10 Red Chillis soaked for 10 mins in plain water so they can soften up. Do adjust according to your own spice level and taste.
4 Tbsp Vinegar
Pinch of Salt
1 Onion Sliced
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Garlic Cloves

Garlic Mayo Sauce:

1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Hellmans Light Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Elmlea Single Cream
1 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Pinch of Crushed Chilli

Tahini Sauce :

2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cup Plain Yoghurt
4 Garlic Cloves
1 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp fresh Lemon Juice - can use bottled as well
1/3 Cup Hellmans Light Mayonnaise
Less than 1/2 Tsp Salt
What I absolutely love about these sauces is that they are not limited to just Shawarmas. Serve these with burgers, kebabs, tortillas, pakoras, on top of salads, and even as yummy snack dips! The possibilities are endless.
