If a father has summer time if 6wks and he will be gone 5 out of 6wks for work, but right of first refusal isn’t listed on court order…….can dad leave child with whoever he wants while out of town. Mom is insisting she should have child while dad is gone however dad is leaving child with childhood best friend who will watch child while gone. Child will be left with childhood best friends mom when friend is at work. Dad has the opportunity to go on a once in a lifetime trip related to work. Mom says she should have that time with the kids instead but it’s dad’s parenting time. Mom gets one weekend in the 6wks to spend with kid. And daily calls but she wants to know addresses of everywhere kid will be so she can stop by and see kid and that is not in court order. child is 6. #summer #parentingtime #wwyd #custody #modernlaw #billietarascio
