Pre Control Chart

Pre-Control Chart enables confirmation of 'Quality at Source'. It is a 'leading indicator' and hence is a superior technique to Acceptance Sampling (also called Lot Buy Off) which is a 'lagging indicator' of quality. Presented by Dr Azlan Nithia, Christy Li, Arka Mukhopadhyay, Niyati Dawane, Shubhangi Srivastava, Amrsha Srivastava along with Dr G (Dr Shrinivas Gondhalekar). Pre-control Charts like an advancement over Control Charts. In the example shown in this video, normally Xbar and R charts would have to be used. Precontrol chart enables the same results but involving greatly simplified measurements and calculations.
