Sandy Daza discovers Ilocos Norte’s Dudol, Dinuguang Pancit and Empanada Salad | FoodPrints

Sandy spends the morning in Paoay, gets to know more about the architecture of Paoay church and takes part in making Dudol, a recipe that goes all the way back from before the Spanish conquest. Batac is next for delicious empanada at Glomy’s Empanada. Glomy is the daughter of Glory Cocson, widely recognized for popularizing empanada in Ilocos Norte. La Moda Panciteria is also in the itinerary and Sandy samples the famous miki from Laoag’s oldest panciteria. Dinner is at Eagle’s Nest and the Dinuguang Pancit gets a two thumbs up!
