Video of union minister Ashwini Vaishnaw hugging a college junior has gone viral. Vaishnaw, 51, took charge as union railway minister on July 8 after cabinet reshuffle. In the video, Vaishnaw was seen embracing an engineer form Railways signal department. Vaishnaw hugged him after finding out that they both belonged to the same college. Vaishnaw & the Railways employee belonged to MBM Engineering College in Jodhpur. Vaishnaw also talked about how juniors in his college referred to their seniors as 'boss’. The new minister also jocularly asked his former college mate to refer to him as boss. Ashwini Vaishnaw is a former IAS officer & has a M.Tech degree from IIT, Kanpur. He is also an alumnus of University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of business.
