The potential next generation Nissan Z sportscar has been previewed with this Z Proto concept car! Taking the design of the Z beyond the current 370Z is a big task, one that the Nissan team did an excellent job combining traits from past generations with some modern touches. This Z Proto looks really good in person, it stands out in the bright shade of pearlescent yellow with some very unique touches. The interior also received a huge upgrade, with a 12.3in digital cluster and new infotainment system. The most exciting part of all of this is the fact that the powertrain is a 3.0L twin turbo V6, and it will still be offered with a manual transmission. I had the opportunity to join Nissan in the studio to check out the Z prototype along with some other upcoming vehicles, enjoy this in depth walk around tour of the exterior, interior and details! I can't wait to see the 7th generation Z reach production and drive one!
