Toshiba TV/DVD/Monitor: Trash Find - Will it work....

Found outside in the elements, I guess been out in all weathers for about 3 months. Partly covered up and against a wall, so hopefully not too bad ?

I am an amateur and do this as a hobby, so anything in my videos are my way of doing it and certainly not the only way or right way to do something. Hopefully though, it might be useful to someone.
