* date of received : I contacted a customer executive, reported the issue of receiving the wrong product, and was assured a return/refund would be processed.

* pick up date : The product (जो wrong product मिला उसका नाम यहा लिखना है) was successfully picked up by your logistics partner.

* refund issue date : The last date for the refund was promised as (refund date). Upon calling, an executive informed me that the refund was denied because your return team claims they received a different product than what was expected.

The Issue and My Proof:

This denial is factually incorrect and places me in a position where I have lost both the product and my money.

* I originally received a different brand's (जो wrong product मिला उसका नाम यहा लिखना है) from what I ordered.

* I returned the exact same item that I received in the parcel.

* I possess the original unboxing video as evidence, which clearly shows the initial package being opened and the incorrect (जो wrong product मिला उसका नाम यहा लिखना है) being found inside. I am attaching this video as proof.

I request you to re-open this case, thoroughly review the attached unboxing video, and compare it with the item your returns team claims to have received.
I demand the immediate processing of my full refund, as I fulfilled my part of the return process by sending back the defective/incorrect product I was originally delivered.
