Wanda was molested by my biological father from the age of seven to twelve. At the age of thirteen, she was raped by her biological father and her stepfather from until she was eighteen years old.  When she got married she felt she had a better life. She met her ex-husband at nineteen.  He became abusive in several ways. Wanda's ex-husband was physical, mentally, sexually, financially, and verbally abusive. But she is a survivor! God has shown her her purpose in life. Her calling is to be able to help individuals who have and are walking in her shoes. God has blessed her with "We are Survivors" which is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that provides a safe haven for abused women and children.  Their vision includes being able to provide counseling, a transitional home, emergency placement, and assistance with returning back to the community.  The message is " Hear me ROAR against Domestic Violence".
