Shandelee Music Festival Live Stream Setup with Hugh Sung

The Shandelee Music Festival is a classical music gem nestled deep in the Catskill Mountains. All of their concerts take place in the Sunset Pavilion, an acoustically pristine space that seats approximately 100 people. The festival asked me to help them set up their very first livestream season to enable music fans from all over the world enjoy performances from some of the world's best up and coming musicians. For this setup, I put together 8 different high-definition cameras, giving me tremendous creative flexibility to show what's happening in the music. I have an 8 channel HDMI video mixer as well as a digital audio mixer to combine everything into a single stream running through my laptop with a brand new high speed broadband cable Internet connection. For the audio, I'm using a variety of wonderful microphones -
- Audix SCA25A large diaphragm lollipop condensor microphones (Diana Krall's favorite)
- DPA 4099 Piano Microphones
- Schoeps CMXY 4L paired condensor microphones
