Are you looking for a way to automatically sync new orders, with line items, from Shopify to Saasu?

With zzBots, you can now install this from our Plugin Store.

This plugin contains one bot.
This bot will monitor for new orders with any number of line items or products in Shopify, and then automatically sync them over to Saasu as new invoices.

Plugin Install:

If you are watching this video from YouTube, or social media, start by clicking the link in the description.

In zzBots, click the "Install" button.

If you don't already have an account, you will need to set up a free account before finishing the install.

Then click next.

First, set up the connection with your Shopify account.

Next, set up the connection with your Saasu account.

After your account is connected, select the File that you want to sync to.

After all required fields are selected, click "Next," and "Install Now."

After clicking "Done," you will be redirected to the bots page where you can manage your bot, as well as configure your bot settings.

In Saasu, go to the items page.

Click to "ADD" a new item.

In the "Code" field, type "Shopify Product" to be a placeholder for all of your different Shopify products or line items.

Type a placeholder description for this item.

Next, heck the "Inventory (on Balance Sheet)" check box, as well as the "I sell this item" checkbox.

For the example of this video, we will select the "Asset: Inventory" and "Income: Sales" accounts as well as the GST Sale tax code.

The selling price is not required.

After you save your item, you will need to add an inventory quantity on the "Inventory Adjustments" page under the Items tab.

Click ADD to add an inventory adjustment.

In the item dropdown, select Shopify Product.

You can add any number to the quantity, but for the example of this video, we will set the quantity as 100,000.
We will also set the category as "Asset: Inventory."
The rest of the fields are not required.

Now that you have added the Shopify Product item in Saasu, return to zzBots.

In zzBots, click on the "Shopify to Saasu" bot to expand the bot steps.

Expand the "New Invoice" step in your bot.

By default, the "Invoice Type," "Transaction Type," and "Layout" will be set to "Money in," "Sale," and "Item Sale" respectively.
In the line items section, the "Account ID" and "Tax Code" will be set to "Sales" and "GST Sale" respectively.

Scroll down to the "Inventory ID" field.

In the dropdown, select the "Shopify Product" item.

If needed, you can customize these fields, along with any other fields in this step to your own specific needs.

Once your bot is set up, scroll up, and click "Save."

After you have saved your bot, enable it, by clicking here.

We will test this sync by adding a new order in Shopify with multiple products, or line items, with different costs and quantities.

In zzBots, your bots will automatically check for changes to sync over every 10 minutes or faster, depending on your billing plan.

You can manually check by hitting "Check Now."
Below the bot steps for each bot, you will see the bot history.

The Bot Power used each time that your bot is triggered will be shown here.
Bot Power will not be used when your bot is checking for new data.
Bot Power will only be used when your bot successfully syncs new orders from Shopify to Saasu as new invoices.

As you can see here, the new order from Shopify successfully synced over to Saasu with all of the line items, prices, and quantities.
