Why did ARK sell some Nano Dimension today? Portfolio rebalance? NNDM Stock

It's not like ARK to sell a growth stock after declining 18%. I understand they have to keep certain balances in their ETFs. I'm guessing this is probably why they had to move some positions around.

It was a very small amount they sold in comparison to what they bought last week alone. ARK has consistently been adding NNDM shares for almost three or four months straight!

I haven't heard of any kind of news related to this. None of this is concerning to me and again is probably just some rebalancing, but why not make a video about it to see if someone else knows something?
