☆ LOW FODMAP RECIPES ☆

// oatmeal (for 2) //
1 cup rolled oat pieces
1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 cup almond milk
1.5 cups water
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend

// pumpkin spice blend //
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

// lunch toasts //
gluten-free bread
firm tofu
heirloom tomato
balsamic vinegar
nutritional yeast
black salt (kala namak)

// big ol' bowl of pasta //
Barilla gluten-free penne (corn & rice)
1 large cucumber
1 red pepper
3-4 carrots
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning blend (without onion or garlic)
1/2 Tablespoon gochujang (optional, or use a Tablespoon or two of tomato paste)
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cans diced (or whole peeled) tomatoes or 1 giant can
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
top with fresh chives, tamari or soy sauce, nutritional yeast :)

// Italian seasoning blend //
4 1/2 Tablespoons dried basil
3 Tablespoons dried oregano
1 Tablespoon dried thyme
1 Tablespoon dried marjoram
3 Tablespoons dried savoury
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
P.S. if you’re fine with onion and garlic, you can include:
1 1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 1/2 Tablespoon onion flakes or powder
