Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3 - A Racing Game That Deserves More Love

This game is criminally unpopular and It's my goal to give it some more love.
A lot of racing games these days tend to lack a lot of substance and I want to hopefully
make a reminder to the community about the lengths a racing game can go to shake up the bag, while still being grounded in reality. The game's a little weeby but luckily anyone can handle the subtle weebiness.
