Colorado judge rules Trump DID engage in an insurrection but can STILL be president? Really?

A Colorado judge concluded that the evidence presented at trial proves that Donald Trump engaged in an insurrection against the United States. But in a ruling that requires us all to check our common sense at the courtroom door, the judge rules that the 14th Amendment does NOT disqualify Trump from becoming president again, such that he can AGAIN try to end American democracy. Only in America . . .
