Diesel Heater LCD Controller Install and Set Up

My diesel heater in Zephyr ran all the time. Not the heat but just the fan, even with the heater off. The fan would run very slowly and the controller would flash. I used to leave the fuse out whenever I wasn't using it, but I shouldn't have to do that.

I decided to replace the controller and do an upgrade at the same time by installing an LCD controller.
