Almost 3 million Americans have served in Iraq & Afghanistan since 2001.
34,000 have been wounded. Among the wounded, 5 have survived as quadruple amputees. Travis Mills is one of them. His survival, recovery and now advocacy combine several themes we’ve heard in Quality Talks 2018. The importance of both technology AND community, medical hardware and heart—it all comes together in his astonishing story.
