Dear Steven, Do You Like The Taste of Dogs?

When I was 13, I didn't understand my feelings. I constantly felt at odds with my own identity, not sure of whether I should be ashamed of it or take pride in it. And I especially didn't know how to process it.. but 10 years later I've learned a lot about myself and realized that it would've really helped to have somebody explain to me what I was feeling as I was going through it..

So if I could go back in time, here is what I would tell myself about being Asian American.
