I also break down how enforcement works, what the penalties look like, and what this means for different industries like tech, healthcare, education, and finance.

But that’s not all. We’ll also zoom out and examine how GDPR fits into the larger world of data governance, how it has influenced global privacy laws, and the technological tools organizations use to stay compliant.
