Air Fryer Steak
Hey Hey, Today I will be making Buttery juicy Steak in the Air Fryer. Let me tell you this New York Strip steak came out buttery and juicy. I cooked this in my 6 quart Gourmia Air fryer at 400 degrees for 14-15 minutes for a MEDUIM WELL STEAK. I recommend using some type of temperature gauge to determine the doneness of your particular cut of meat. Also using the recommendations from your Air Fryer manual is always helpful. I hope you all try this recipe. I will definitely be doing this one on my channel again soon with another cut of steak, so stay tuned.

What I used List:

2 New York Strip Steaks (total weight 1.5 lbs)

1 Medium Onion sliced

Salt and Pepper to taste-( I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING YOUR FAVORITE STEAK SEASONING OF CHOICE)

Onion powder to taste

Sweet and Smokey Rub-( I used this in the video but after using I don’t think this is a necessary spice in this particular recipe in my opinion)

Garlic, Parmesan, and basil seasoned butter OR Regular Butter of choice

3 Teaspoons of Olive oil

1 Tablespoon Steak sauce of choice
