Not so easy to make a realistic looking baby pineapple without compromising the taste!
But this one is sooo good! 🍍🍍🍍
It is composed with a pineapple, basil & rhum soaked baba sponge, a fresh pineapple and vanilla compote, a soft pineapple cremeux and a light pineapple mousse.
