LOSE WEIGHT FAST- THE DIET THAT WORKS 100%- AND HOW I LOST WEIGHT+MEAL PLAN
Hey guys! So you all might not know this but I have struggled with weight. I didn't take many photos when I was more over weight, so I can't show any before and after videos. I lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks. It kept going. It wasn't water weight but actual fat. Stay hydrated.

DAILY PLAN:
Breakfast
-Eat one fruit (ex. banana, apple, orange, handful of strawberries)
-You can also eat a vegetable if that's what you prefer
-drink water
Lunch
-Take a little over half a plate of vegetables(or the large section of a portion plate as indicated in the video)
-Take one serving of fruit if you prefer
-You may dip your vegetable in one tablespoon of sauce, but make sure you don't pour it all over your salad
-You may add some low fat cheese such as feta (no more than 1tbsp-2tbsp)
-Be sure to 100% take one type of meat alternative that is healthy like boiled eggs or nuts
Dinner
-Eat regular food which you might have taken if you were not on a diet
Some suggestions are--
-Rice and curry
- A type of meat with mash potatoes and veggies
-Make sure all your food doesn't contain any added sugar or preservatives
Snacks:
-Generally you should be full from your lunch and would not need to eat
-Always ask yourself: are you hungry or are you bored?
-Resist temptations
Final thoughts:
Stick to this diet and I will guarantee you losing weight. The first 3 days will be tough but you can do it. Make sure you don't eat anything with sugar such as caramel apples ( but natural sugars are fine ex. apples, cider, and pears). And DRINK WATER!!!!!! STAY HYDRATED. T
