Super Juniors Cup Day 04 | Quarter Finals | ft. Anish, Vidit, AD, Harika, Srinath, Karthi, Adi, Ilam

The Super Juniors Cup is an initiative by the ChessBase India Foundation to bring the best juniors of Indian chess (born on and after 2000) together to fight it out for a big prize! The entire prize fund of Rs.5,20,000 is sponsored the subscribers of ChessBase India YouTube channel (3,00,000), Samay Raina's Ambani OP members (2,00,000) and Tania Sachdev's 2nd stream Superchats (20,000).

On 9th of December 2020, we have the Quarter Finals and this is the schedule:
3 - 4.15 p.m - GM Arjun Erigaisi (2559) vs GM Aryan Chopra (2585)
4.15 - 5.30 p.m - GM Abhimanyu Puranik (2584) vs IM Aronyak Ghosh (2436)
5.30 - 6.45 p.m - GM Praggnanandhaa (2608) vs GM Raunak Sadhwani (2545)
6.45 - 8.00 p.m. - GM P. Iniyan (2506) vs GM Nihal Sarin (2620)

The format of each match is two games of 5 min +1 and four games of 3 min + 1 second increment. In case of 3-3 tie we have an Armageddon with Black having 4 minutes + draw odds against White having 5 minutes.

The Semi-Finals and Finals will take place on the 10th of December 2020.
