Ripple and XRP were both under attack yesterday but today the bombshell has been dropped on them. SEC has officially filed a lawsuit against Ripple and Chris Larson (co-founder of Ripple) and Brad Garlinghouse (CEO of Ripple) for illegally selling XRP. This has brought a huge shift in sentiment towards Ripple and XRP. The affects were felt soon after as the price of XRP tanked by more than 30%.

We are going to see huge changes to the price of XRP in the near future. We previously had a price prediction for XRP towards the $1 mark. But that now seems to be highly unlikely as the price will continue to drop.
