Performance of tyres off road - a technical review

I have reviewed this video and see that it can be much improved. It will be revised in the next couple of months and will give a much clearer presentation.

In this video we take a detailed look at the factors which affect the off road performance of tyre such as the width and pressures. Are skinny tyres really better than wide tyres? How does it help by lowering tyre pressures? Watch the video and find out.
Whilst I have tried to make the video accessible the subject mattter is technical. The video looks at laboratory test results and uses terramechanics techniques to calculate tyre performance.

There's a lot to cover and this is of necessity quite a long video. If anyone just wants to see the results and conclusions then jump ahead to around 19 mins and just watch the end. You won't understand the background but should still learn something from it.
