What are the Jungle Inferno Maps like in 2020? (Mercenary Park Gameplay)

In this video, we dive into Mercenary Park from the Jungle Inferno update of 2017. It's 2020 now so I thought we should revisit the maps from the update; Saxton Hale's fight park is interesting as ever to play on but it does have it's downsides. At 8:35 I open a discussion on the match Zeroh and I played, recounting the maps strengths and weaknesses. It's certainly an addition to the TF2 map pool, but is it a good one? Stay tuned to find out!

I'm going to be making more videos on the Jungle Inferno maps. I'll be revisiting them one by one. The next one I will be taking a look at is Mossrock.

Mercenary Park is an Attack/Defend Control Point map released during the Jungle Inferno Update and featured in the Jungle Inferno video. It is a biological research facility and weapons factory that was repurposed as "Yeti Park", but was changed hastily to just a fighting park after Saxton Hale killed the last Yeti in existence.

Certain features of the map depict a bloody running battle with a large, escaped beast, the result of experimentation on large (and peaceful) animals by the Yeti-Hale corporation, enhancing them for strength, aggression, and escape. ("That was the whole bloody point!")
