Jasper Wu's mother speaks about pain and reacts to arrests

Jasper Wu's mother Xiao Xiao spoke about the heartbreaking loss of her son who was killed by a bullet that hit him as he rode in a car on an Oakland freeway. Prosecutors recently announced that suspects from rival gangs were shooting at each other and one of those errant shots took Wu's life.

and her reaction to getting answers in her son's case.
