I have been dermarolling my lips for the last 3 years and will show you my before and after photos so you can see how my lips have gotten bigger and plumper each year with dermarolling. I use a 0.25 mm roller 2 times a week and a 0.5 mm roller 1 time every 2 weeks on my lips. I apply products right after rolling them that help to build collagen.
