Benefits of Minimalism During Depression | Clean with me

I do struggle with depression from time to time, it used to be so much worse before I embraced minimalism.

In today's video, I clean the house, because I know it helps me to be surrounded by clean clear surfaces. But I also share how having my daily and weekly reset times carry me through difficult circumstances, depression, and anxiety.

Today I quadrupled the batch. I do add 1/4 teaspoon yeast for each loaf. I have made it without yeast, but her home must be much warmer or something because it took a good 10-12 hours for my bread to be ready to bake without yeast.
I also don't bother with an egg wash and bake mine for 45 minutes (this might be because baking in stoneware takes a few minutes longer).
