Erica Stanford on Labour’s Social Media Bill row

Education Minister Erica Stanford has rejected suggestions Labour has been denied access to the Government's proposed Social Media Bill, saying opposition MPs have already been briefed, shown the draft legislation, and invited back to review it again.

Speaking with Mike Hosking, Stanford said she's even exploring whether there's a way for Labour MPs to take a copy of the bill away before it's formally introduced, while acknowledging Cabinet rules have limited what can be shared.
