[BSF] [EWB] Will there be territorial exchange between Serbia and Kosovo?

The idea of territorial exchange or border adjustment between Serbia and Kosovo represented one of this year’s hotly debated topics. We asked the Belgrade Security Forum 2018 panellists whether they believe that territorial changes will be a part of the Serbia-Kosovo normalization agreement.
