Dave Pynt refers to his Burnt Ends restaurant as a “sh*tty restaurant in Chinatown, Singapore,” but anyone who’s had a bite of their Texan barbeque knows they’re anything but. Burnt Ends is known as the place where many chefs in Singapore go when they’re off duty. Journy co-founder Leiti Hsu got to talk with some of them at the first pre-party for the World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards.
