How to make Crispy Tuna Balls using canned tuna - easy recipe (Century Tuna Balls)

Crispy fried Tuna Balls is an easy to make appetizer using canned tuna. Combined with onion, potatoes and other seasoning, made into balls and coated with bread crumbs, fried till golden and crispy. Perfect appetizer.

Ingredients
For mixing with Tuna
• Century Tuna- 1 Can (or use any kind of canned fish)
• Chopped Onion- 1
• Chopped Spring onion- 1 stalk
• Onion Powder
• Garlic Powder
• Chili powder- ¾ tsp
• Sweet Paprika Powder - ½ tsp
• Ground white pepper- ½ tsp
• Salt- ¼ tsp
• Potatoes, cooked- 2
Other Ingredients
• Corn starch or flour - 2 tbsp
• Breadcrumbs
• 1 Egg
• Oil- enough for deep frying

Cheesy Sauce
•. 1 tbs Butter
•. 1 tbs flour
•. Salt and pepper
•. Onion Powder
•. Cream cheese
•. Cheddar Cheese
•. 1 1/2 cup milk
