Happy Saturday, everyone!
In today’s video I shared everything that I ate in a working week! Please note that I don't always show my portion sizes - sometimes I go back for seconds or grab another bite or piece of something. These videos are to show you that it is SO possible to have a normal and healthy relationship with food post recovery :) Never compare what you eat to what another individual eats! EVERY SINGLE BODY IS DIFFERENT!!

Spaghetti Bolognese Rough recipe:
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 package of mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 lb of ground meat (beef, chicken or veal)
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano to taste!
