3 tbs kashmiri tea
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 cups whole milk
5-6 green cardamom
1/2 tsp sonf
1 inch cinnamon stick
pinch of salt
4 long
2 star anise
2 tbs chopped almond
2 tbs chopped pistachio
