Repair Leaking Chrome Towel Rail Valves. Without full Drain Down.

How I repaired a Customers Leaking Chrome Towel Rail valve on Boxing Day 2022. I had no parts on the van and the closest supplier would of been closed before I got to them. The leaking valve was causing the customer to have No Hot Water and No Heating as the Combi boiler was losing pressure. A cheap repair got them up and running and me to a party. :-)
