Harvesting and Drying Chamomile

One chamomile plant produces tons of flowers. Flowers are best picked on a dry day when the flowers are fully open, before the petals fall back. I found drying them on a paper plate in a dark closet for 1-2 weeks works best. Store in an air tight glass jar in a cool dark place until ready to use.
