NOTE!!! cook at 140-150deg. Celsius for about 15min. or a bit longer depending on the thickness of the cordon bleu roll

INGREDIENTS
-1Kilo chicken breast butterflied
-2Tbsp fish sauce
-ground black pepper
-flour
-breadcrumbs
-3pcs beaten eggs
-oil for frying
-220ml mayonnaise
-1Tbsp vinegar
-1Tbsp light brown sugar
-2Tbsp crushed chopped garlic
-pinch of salt
-about 1/4cup water
-2Tbs Old Bay Cajun seasoning
-1Tbsp Old Bay Cajun seasoning for the breadcrumbs
