In this video we are discussing all about the "ESCs" means ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROLLER .
Because when we are thinking about making a RC project like RC plane, multicopter, or other any project which contains 3 phase brushed or brushless motor we have to choose an appropriate Esc.

Mainly Esc doing three works - control the speed of motor according to signal coming from flight controller or receiver, convert DC voltage of battery to AC, changing the position of 2 active phase (in three phase motor at a time only 2 phase is active and the phases are changed continuously in very short time according to speed of motor ) in output in time lapse of nano seconds.
In point 2 we cleared that there is no relation between motor's KV and ESC'S ampere . The esc's ampere depends upon 3 variables such as no. Of cells in battery, size of propeller , and brand or model of motor. We have to use 5-10 ampere more esc than maximum current drawing capacity of motor because of safety of esc as well as motor. If we are using motor which can draw maximum 10 amp. of current than it's better to use 20 or 20+ amp esc for long life of project.
In point 3 we make a comparison between simonk and BLHeli firmware of esc in different aspects like updates and fixes, flashing (PROGRAMMING), features or options for tuning, price ,and availability in some top brands. The comparison gives us a clear cut answer that the BLHeli firmware is better than SimonK in all aspects except price.
In next points we are going to discuss about different types of protocols like oneshot 42, oneshot125, multishot, Dshot, proshot ,etc.
