Delft Hyperloop - Chassis Production

To make sure that the carbon-fibre chassis has the required strength, we use carbon-fibre stiffeners. What you see here is the production of the stiffener foam, which is used to give the stiffener its shape in order that the chassis can handle all the loads safely. Finally you can see the stiffener foam in the chassis!
