Chattanooga Councilwoman Demetrus Coonrod pulled over, demands to speak with police chief

Chattanooga City Councilwoman Demetrus Coonrod was pulled over for having an expired registration.
She was not driving, but the man driving her vehicle did not have a license. After he was cited, Coonrod told the officer to call then Chief of Police Fred Fletcher, and asked the officer who her sergeant was. She then threatened to call the sergeant about the incident.
